Beef and Potato Soup	What we have cooked in our solar oven
1 pound beef stew meat 1 medium onion, chopped 4 medium potatoes, diced 3 medium carrots, sliced 3 celery stalks, sliced 1 can beef or vegetable broth 1 cup dry red wine 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce 2 tablespoons parsley flakes ½ cup pearled barley pepper to taste Cover with water. Cook in solar oven from about 9:30 am to about 5:30 pm. You may want to add water in the afternoon.
